Day 1: Hanoi – arrival
Upon arrival, get picked up and transferred to the hotel for check in.

Day 2: Hanoi city tour (except Monday or Friday) 
Pick up after breakfast at the hotel for a full day city tour of Hanoi capital including The Temple of Literature, the Hanoi Fine Arts Museum, the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum and the lotus-shaped One Pillar Pagoda. Lunch at Indochine restaurant. Afternoon, continue to visit the Hoa Lo Prison, the Museum of Ethnology, the Ngoc Son Temple. End the day with 01 hour cyclo ride around the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake to witness the vibrant life of the local along the streets’ sides. Late afternoon, enjoy the water puppet show at Thang Long theater. Transfer back to the hotel after the show.

Day 3: Hanoi – Hai Phong – Cat Ba (hydrofoil)
Breakfast at the hotel. Get picked up and transferred to Hai Phong (2 & ½ hour) in time to take the morning hydrofoil to Cat Ba. Upon arrival in Cat Ba, get transferred to the hotel for check in. Then, take a motorbike to visit Huyen Trang Cave and Cat Ba National Park. This is the best way to discover the jungle. Take a panorama view over the bay on the top of a  mountain. Enjoy bird watching and explore the pristine forest with wild animals like native cats, squirrels, spotted dear, snakes, butterflies…. Enjoy a home hosted meal with seafood at Viet Hai fishing village. End the day at Cat Co Beach.

Day 4: Cat Ba – Halong – Hanoi 
Breakfast at the hotel. Get picked up and transferred to Gia Luan Pier to embark the junk cruise up Halong. The cruise through amazing islets amid dramatic natural scenery. Countless chances for photo shooting en route. Time with kayak to paddle and explore the Three Peach Island en route. Seafood lunch served on board. Arrive Halong pier to get picked up and transferred back Hanoi.

Day 6: Hanoi – Luang Prabang (Air)
Breakfast at the hotel. Take the morning flight to Luang Prabang (VN869 @0855-0950 - Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat). Upon arrival, get picked up and transferred to the hotel for check in. Setting out for sightseeing tour including important Luang Prabang temples Wat Visoun, known as the ‘Watermelon Stupa’ on account of its stupa’s unusual spherical shape and Wat Mai. Wat Xiengthong, the 16th century temple, which more than any temples in Luang Prabang, epitomizes all the elegance and grace of Luang Prabang architecture; Lay an interesting visit to The Traditional Arts & Ethnology Centre (closed on Monday) - the first exhibition space and fair trade store dedicated to the collection, preservation, interpretation, and presentation of the traditional arts and lifestyles of Laos. Visit National Museum (closed on Tuesday), the former Royal Palace which houses the collection of valuables including the famous Prabang Buddha statue and gifts received from foreign dignitaries. Continue to visit the H’mong market in town and also craft shops for browsing. End the day by walking up Phousi Hill, the 328 steps leads to the summit of Phousi Hill that dominates the sky-line of Luang Prabang providing the finest panoramic view in the whole city. Back to the hotel for the night.

Day 7: Luang Prabang
After breakfast, escape from the stress of modern life and step into the tranquility world of Kuangsi waterfall, 30km south of town. A stop en-route at the local market Talad Phosy to enjoy the local daily activities.  The waterfall which though not very high is spectacular with its green surroundings as the national protected forest area. There is plenty of time for relaxing and a swim in the clear and cool water. It is also an ideal venue for the local families to rest at the weekend. Picnic lunch is served at the shady park nearby Kuangsi waterfall, before heading back to Luang Prabang with stop at Ban Phonesay, a village well known for its silk weavings.

Day 8: Luang Prabang – Pakse (Air) – Khong Island

Early morning transfer to the airport for flight to Pakse, the provincial capital of Champasak, a Southwestern Lao province at the confluence of the Mekong and Sedon rivers and the centre for trading between Laos and Thailand. Continue on an excursion by car for a few hours to on the National Road No. 13th southward to Champassak to visit the ruins of Wat Phou, the pre-Angkorian temple, one of Southeast Asia's most dramatically situated temples. We have time to explore these intriguing Khmer ruins, which are perched at the base of Mount Phu Kao. Wat Phu is one of the Lao World Heritage sites recognized by UNESCO in 2001, this wonderful archeological site of Khmer civilization dates back to the 10th century, predating the famous Angkor Wat in Cambodia. Here we also have a chance to visit some nearby Khmer temples and Buddhist shrines.

Day 09:  Khong Island 
After breakfast, take a drive to Khong Island or 4000 Island then we embark on a long tail boat for venturing into the widest reach of the Mekong River, where during the dry season the waters recede and leave behind thousands of islets, giving this area a lovely name ”Si Phan Done”. We explore the local peaceful villages of Ban Khone, where you will see an array of relics from the French colonial era and retrace the old colonial past, including old French colonial buildings and the remnants of the first Lao railway with it’s locomotive. We continue discover the 4000 islands area by boat at our leisure to visit the marvelous Liphi waterfall, also called the "Corridor of the Devil" one of the most beautiful waterfalls marking the end of Lao border to Cambodia. If we are lucky, we may even see the rare freshwater Irrawaddy Mekong dolphin at Ban Hang Khone then drive to visit Khone Phapheng water fall, the largest waterfall in South East Asia, known as Niagara of the east. Back to your hotel for the night

Day 10:  Khong Island – Dong Kalor – Kratie 
After breakfast we then leave Khong Island, transfer to Dong Karlo to cross the border to Cambodia. Proceed through customs and immigration at Veunkham immigration check- point (At the moment, it is not possible to get the Cambodian visa at this border; travelers need to get it prior to arrival). Welcome by your guide on the Cambodian side and departure by road to to Kratie. Arrive in Kratie, a small colonial-style town and transfer to the hotel. Lunch en rout.

Day 11: Kratie – Kampong Cham – Kampong Thom 
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Wat Phom Sambok to see the Buddhist monasteries. Head to Kompong Cham with stop to visit a pepper plantation and Chhup, a rubber plantation first established in the region by the French tire maker Michelin. Continue to Kompong Thom with visit en route Wat Kohear Nokor (11th century). You will also visit the nearby village and its pagoda where you can observe the daily life of the monks. Lunch en route. 
Check in the hotel in Kompong Thome.

Day 12: Kampong Thom – Siem Reap 
Breakfast at the hotel. If time permits, visit the Sambor Prei Kuk. Enjoy traditional daily life scenes of rural Cambodia. Visit the ancient capital of Chenla with its 100 temples dating from the Pre-Angkorian period. Then, head to Siem Reap. 
Arrive Siem Reap late in the afternoon, check in the hotel.

Day 13: Siem Reap (biking)
Breakfast at the hotel. 
The same morning we cycle to the archeological area, visit the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat. Continue to Ta Prom Temple then cycle through the villages and lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon, continue your visits to Neak Pean, a fountain built in the middle of a pool and representing the paradisiacal Himalayan mountain-lake,  Preah Khan temple. Visit the North Gate of Angkor Thom, Elephant Terrance and Bayon temple, (unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara) until sunset. Back the hotel.

Day 14: Siem Reap (biking)
This morning, you will ride 52km proceeding our way on countryside road to Phnom Kulen Mountain,  First stage challenging climb up hill 12km to the waterfalls, this is a nice trail on Kulen mountain, taking us to a special stream with thousands lingas in the water. Enjoy swim at the waterfalls & relax. Enjoy lunch break at the waterfalls. Return from the top of the mountain, then stop at Bansrei temple.  the Citadel of the woman, build in year 967, laterite wall, and beautiful sculpture on red sand stone. Back the hotel.

Day 15: Siem Reap – Phnom Penh (boat)
Breakfast at the hotel. Then, get transferred to the Tonle Sap River’s pier to take a hydrofoil journey down the Tonle Sap River to Phnom Penh. The cruise takes 7-8 hours and many opportunities for photo shooting along the way with picturesque scenery. Phnom Penh was once considered the loveliest city of Indochina. Despite its recent turbulent history, it still maintains considerable charm. Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, get picked up and transferred to the hotel for check in. The balance of the day at leisure.

Day 16: Phnom Penh (biking)
On your first morning in charming Phnom Penh you will be met by your city guide who will inform you that today it is someone else’s turn to do the pedalling as you are treated to a fun cyclo tour, a traditional mode of transport. Your first stop will bevisit the Kantha Bopha Hospital > founded by a Swiss Doctor instead of S21, the terracotta red National Museum which offers a charming setting for a comprehensive collection of Khmer art facts. After this you will visit the nearby Royal Palace, on the banks of the mighty Mekong river. Inside the Palace walls you will be treated to the Throne Hall, the Chan Chaya Pavilion, and the King’s residential quarters. You will then move onto the neighboring Silver Pagoda, so named as it is claimed its floor is made up of over 4,000 silver tiles! Your cyclo driver will then take you to a local restaurant for lunch. Afterwards it is back in the cyclos as you are pedalled through the streets of Phnom Penh to the Toul Sleng Genocide Museum (also known as S21), ironically a former school, located in a quiet Phnom Penh suburb, this was the infamous Khmer Rouge prison / torture centre. You will then be taken to the Russian Market an excellent place for picking up souvenirs. There are stalls selling some very good Khmer antique reproductions, other stalls piled ceiling high with wonderful colourful silks, incredibly cheap clothing stalls, and of course those stalls selling pirated CDs, DVDs, and computer software. Afterwards you will be taken back to the hotel where you are free at leisure for the rest of the evening, perhaps wanting to experience the eclectic string of bars and restaurants along the city's riverside.

Day 17: Phnom Penh – Chau Doc (boat)
After breakfast, get transferred to the pier for the 5 hour cruise downstream to Chau Doc. Upon arrival in Chau Doc, take a walk to the hotel for check in. Afternoon, take a boat visit fish farms where fish are bred in wooden cages suspended under floating houses on the river. Continue by boat to visit a village of stilt houses belonging to the Cham minority where colorful traditional textiles are woven on old wooden looms. enjoy the sunset on the top of Sam Mountain.

Day 18: Chau Doc – Can Tho (biking)
Breakfast at the hotel. Head to Can Tho with a stop en route to take a short hike visit the Bang Lang Stork Sanctuary. Start biking from here to the hotel in Cantho. Arrive Cantho, check in the hotel. Afternoon, continue our biking loop along the Vong Cung well-paved countryside road with Arch-shape (My Khanh area) for about 30 km. The road is really shady with banana and green bamboo trees growing all the way long on 2 sides of the road, especially the Mekong River is blending its way on the left hand side along with this road until we reach the National Highway 91. From here, shuttle to Thot Not and lunch at Bang Lang restaurant. Afternoon, take a short hike of 25 minutes into the Bang Lang Stork sanctuary to watch the lively activities of storks. Shuttle back to hotel.

Day 19: Can Tho – Saigon 
Rising to the sounds of the Delta coming to life for another day, we breakfast and start our trip with a boat cruise on sparking streams along the endless waterway of mighty Mekong River to the colorful Cai Rang floating market. There will be hundreds of boats loaded with fruits, vegetables and fish jostling for trade. Sellers advertise their wares by crying out across the waters. We visit the lush orchards and are treated to a delicious tropical fruits with an opportunity to interact with local people. Check out the hotel and head Saigon. Lunch en route.

Day 20: Saigon 
Today’s full day city tour visits Saigon’s historic landmarks including walking tour for photo opportunities toward the Old Saigon Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, former Presidential Palace and War Remnants Museum. Lunch at Lemongrass restaurant. Afternoon visit to the Chinese district of Cholon to enjoy the bustling wholesale quarter of Saigon. China town has been established in Saigon for over 200 years but remained unchanged with its old temples and houses characterizing the disintegrated Vietnamese- Chinese culture. There are lots of photo opportunities about the local life during the visit.

Day 21: Saigon – Departure 
Breakfast at the hotel. At leisure for your last shopping until get transferred to the airport for the flight home.
