“We travelled to Vietnam and Cambodia in October 2018 as two couples on a private tour. We researched extensively before deciding to go with Indochina Voyages. I emailed them with a vague plan about 12 months before we intended to go. Linh Chu responded to our initial query and remained our personal contact all through the planning process. She came up with suggestions for us, we changed our minds a few times, but the service from Linh was always prompt and friendly. We chose where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see and she organised airport pickups, private driver, local guides, flights and accommodation. The accommodation always exceeded our expectations as far as quality and location are concerned (we opted for 3 star and most places were 4 star). The price worked out to be considerably less through Indochina Voyages than a group tour organised from Australia. We loved Vietnam and Cambodia, and having local guides gave us more of an insight into the local culture and history (old and recent), overall a more enriching experience. Linh made everything easy and work seamlessly for us. We had the opportunity to meet Linh in Hanoi; she took us out for egg coffee. She is as delightful in person as we imagined through her emails. It really felt like we had a friend organising our trip.”
