Phenomenal Tailored Journey to Vietnam create by Indochina Voyages.

Thanks to Van Do of Indochina Voyages, our trip was nothing short of amazing, it far exceeded our expectations. It was one of, if not the absolute memorable trip to a stunningly beautiful county. In planning our tailored trip, I told Van what I was looking for and what my concerns were and she seemed to understand perfectly. She listened and accommodated our wishes. She was professional, fun to work with, very responsive and I was confident that I was in good hands. This was the first time we used a local travel agency and was a bit skeptical. After experiencing each step of the itinerary, never having to worry about setting up transportation, finding a guide, and having each activity highlighted, the value was worth the expense.

Our itinerary in Vietnam included Hanoi, 2 night/3 day cruise on Halong Bay, Hue, Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, Hoi An, Nha Tang, Saigon, a private overnight Sampan cruise on the Mekong Delta (Can Tho-Sa Dec) and Soc Trang. We requested four and five star hotels with either a city view, ocean front view, or a balcony. The hotel rooms were among the largest and most beautiful. We had 3 inter-flights in Vietnam, and all were in business class on Vietnam Airlines.

Our drivers and guides were always waiting for us upon arrival with a smile and abundance of knowledge of the area. We had a total of 4 guides. Hang in Hanoi; The in Hue, Da Nang & Hoi An; Nam in Saigon; and Mr. T in Soc Trang. We have never had guides better than the ones from this trip. All were beyond being highly knowledgeable; they all love their country and love their job. They had friendly personalities and most all; they made adjustments according to our itinerary as needed.

Throughout our journey in Vietnam, Van was in contact with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I knew if we had any problems while on the trip, help was only a phone call away. It was difficult for me to imagine how any aspect of our trip could have been improved. Every minor detail was thoughtfully examined, every transfer was seamless and all hotels were impeccable. Nothing was missed; we had great communication before, during and after the trip.

Once again, thank you Van Do and the team at Indochina Voyages for giving us a truly once-in-a-lifetime trip. We had a wonderful time and came away with much loved experiences and memories of Vietnam. Of course, we will be back to see and experience even more of the wonderful places and people.
