Surpassed all expectations!

My experience with Indochina Voyages right from the first point of contact to our departure taxi ride was 5 star service. Nam (our consultant) was just incredible. No ask was too big or too small. His attention to detail and response times were better than any other service I’ve received in the past, and as an expat for 12 years, have seen a lot of the world and travel frequently. The whole team from drivers to guides, hotel staff and the hotel bookings was managed effortlessly. Nam understood our needs and helped compile an amazing itinerary for us within budget and according to our preferences (including dietary). As 2 females traveling through the north of Vietnam alone, we never felt alone, but quite the opposite. Between our tour guides and Nam being available 24/7, we were always in safe hands which completely took the stress away entirely from the holiday and allowed us to just relax and enjoy this beautiful country. Vietnam without a doubt would have to be my favorite country in all of Asia to explore. A must see for anyone considering an Asian holiday that balances out quality/ healthy food, with an adventure filled holiday both inland and by the sea. I cannot recommend Indochina Voyages enough.
