Amazing services and supports !

We had planned and deposited money for a private 11 days tour in March 2020 travelling from Saigon to Quang Binh by car. Then came the Covid before our tour started. We had no choice and had to cancel our tour. Indochina Voyages has done an excellent job to cancel all the services in our tour and gave us the credit for our deposit good for one year. We hoped that we could make the trip at the end of 2020 when the pandemic was under control, but it is getting worst and the credit extension is about to expire. We contacted Ms. Linh Chu, Indochina Voyages consultant, to ask for another year extension of our credit due to the current pandemic situation. Mr. Tim Lee, Managing Director of Indochina Voyages, responded to our request and granted us the credit extension for another two years. We are very thankful for his consideration, thoughtfulness and very happy that our tour packages are in good hand. Thank you again Mr. Lee and Mrs. Chu! We appreciated very much your services.
