Amazing trip

Van,
I just wanted to thank you for helping us to create such a wonderful vacation. From beginning to end everything went so smoothly. From ensuring we had our visas and bug spray to helping manage last minute changes to our plans you were available for any and all needs. The flexibility really made the trip for us, especially as we were traveling with our kids. Even though our time in Vietnam was limited we never felt rushed.

The tour guides you chose were wonderful as were the drivers! Everyone spoke amazing English and had a great knowledge of the history, land, area and culture. They were all great with the kids, even when the kids had complete breakdowns and were crying, they were able to help cheer them up. Especially Linda who was around us when were extremely jet lagged and catered the tour to what we could manage on no sleep. We loved Tran who took us on crazy cave hikes and amazing pagodas! Tran even went on the bumper cars with us at Ba Na hills. Tom was great and explained the history of the food we were eating at lunch as well as knew everything about Siagon and the history of the war. He even helped us learn how to bargain at the market! We really felt that they were part of our family and enjoyed every second of our time with them!

We appreciated not having to worry about checking into the flights and what time we would need to get to the airport as you took care of all that! When the hotel didn’t get the food to us on time for our daily excursions you were able to organize an alternative.

Honestly we could not have been happier! Thank you again for everything and we have already told multiple people about you! We are planning to come back to Cambodia and Vietnam next year and would love if you could help to organize that for us as well!
