22 Day customised tour of Vietnam and Cambodia with the best tour company!

I was recommended Indochina Voyages by a friend who had previously used them. Right from the beginning of my initial e-mail inquiry, I knew that I was dealing with a professional travel company. Nam Ngo, Senior Travel Consultant, was assigned to help us book a fully customised private tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. Nam took time to understand my family and the type of activities the kids and parents like to do. This was done by e-mail and Skype/Whatsapp video calls. Nam then made suggestions as to a possible itinerary and this was revised over a number of weeks. No change was too hard for Nam and Nam was so helpful in his suggestions and recommendations. e.g. in Sappa, Nam made sure that our hotel was situated away from the massive construction sites due to a large number of new hotels being built there.

Once on the holiday, everything ran so smoothly. A driver was always there waiting to pick us up at the airports or train stations. The guides were excellent and most helpful making sure that everything was taken care of. I was often given mobile numbers of the guides even when they had finished their tours in case I needed to ask them any questions.

The quality of the hotels selected and the restaurants we were taken to was outstanding. I have never had such an “easy” holiday, especially in a destination which can be tricky due to the language barrier.
