Itinerary
The aged old British colonial city of Yangon boats the most dynamic and bustling face of sleepy Myanmar. With all the highlights in Yangon day tour, winding your ways will create unforgettable experience.
First of all, at 8.30 am, our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel. Your journey starts with Kaba Aye Pagoda and Maha Pasana Gula, located in Mayangone township.
Another pagoda in the itinerary is Chauk Htat Gyi where you can see the giant reclining Buddha image.
The afternoon is the time to visit Bogoyoke Aung San Market. Please note this market does not open Mondays and public holidays.
Wandering along the India Quarter and China town is a good way to explore the local culture. You probably lost the way while deeply immersing yourself with the local market atmosphere.
Next enjoyable experience is the sunset at Shwedagon Pagoda. Its world-renowned golden stupa is the ‘heart’ of Buddhist Myanmar. The Pagoda is believed to be 2,500 years old and the central stupa surrounded by dozens of intricately decorated structures and statues.
Finally, return to your hotel in the evening.
