Vietnam from Ho Chi Min to Hue to Sapa and back to Hanoi

We spent three amazing weeks in Vietnam all booked and organized by Indochina Voyages. The ease of booking via the internet was very easy and we are especially grateful that they were able to incorporate our ideas into the overall plan. Making the bookings and payment were secure and safe and at all times communicated the price and payment details very clearly.
The options offered by the travel agency especially for Halong Bay were very good and despite being a very busy season the agency agency found us space on our desired cruise ship.

All our guides were knowledgeable not only in the sites we visited but also the history and shared willingly with us. The best guide by far was Andy Xuan in Hue and Hoi An. He guided us through the history, the art and the travel very efficiently and was available at all times. He was also VERY patient with us as we stopped a lot and took lots of pictures. My in Sapa was good as well and was very good at making adjustments for the rain and bad weather (she came to the hotel with rain ponchos and rain boots !).

Our booking and communication with Thuy Do was 10 out of 10. Thuy was ALWAYS available even at 6 am as we connected because of a delayed flight. Thy made suggestions changed the itinerary when i had a business meeting and tailored the experience to our preferences. Her suggestions were spot on as she took the time to know what type of journey we were looking for and made bookings and suggestions that matched our preferences and character. When unforeseen changes arose she communicated immediately with several options to choose from and then made the changes instantly.

We want to say from the outset that we plan on coming back and traveling to Vietnam again but also doing some traveling to Cambodia and possibly Thailand and we will be definitely using Indochina Voyages and asking especially for Thuy Do to do all our bookings.
