Traditionally, its main ingredient is horse meet. Then, they adjust and make it with cow, buffalo and pork.
Long time ago, when living condition is poor, ‘thang co’ is only cooked in period market or traditional festival. Nowadays, everytime visiting highland market, tourists can easily enjoy ‘thang co’.
